UP-72-381, of CLARK BONNER ~'~ The pl~anning Commission of the City of Tustin dO'es hereby resolve as follows: 1. The Plann~g Commission finds and determines as follows: a) That a proper application (NO. UP-72-381) was filed on behalf of Clark Bonner for a Use Permit to permit a one-year use of real estate pennants on the property described as: frontage of approximately 540 feet on north side of 17th Street, approximately 420 feet east of center line of Yorba Street. · b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application;. c) That establishment, maintenance and operation of the use applied for Will, under the circum- stances of this case, be detrimental to the health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neigh- borhood of such proposed use, evidenced by the following findings: 1.) The existing provision6 of the Sign Ordin- ance provide ample advertising for such purposes; and, 2.) Granting such a request could establish an _. undesirable precedent throughout the City. d) That the establishment, maintenance and opera- tion of the use applied for will be injurious or detrimental to the property and improvements in the neighborhood of the subject property,and to the general welfare of the City of Tustin, and should be denied.. ~ 2. The Planning Commission hereby denies a Use Permit, as applied for, to permit the ·one-year use of real' estate pennants.
