ORDINANCE NO. 273
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTING THE PRECISE ALLIGNMENT OF "B". STREET.
The City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain
as follows:
l) The City Council finds and determines that
the Planning Commission regularly called, noticed and held
a public hearing to recommend the adoption of the precise
allignment of "B" Street, and made its recommendation to the
City Council.
2) The City Council finds and determines that
a public hearing was regularly called, noticed and· held
by the City council on the precise sllignment of "B" Street,
and that said precise allignment should be established as
shown in Exhibit "A" and described in Exhibit "B" attached
hereto.
3) The precise allignment of "B''~ Street, from
777.48 feet northerly of the center line of First Street,
to the center line of Fourth Street, in the City of Tustin,
is established ss shown in Exhibit "A", and described in
Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Precise Alignment # 1
North "B" Street
A strip of land sixty (60) feet in width lying
30.00 feet on each side of and adjoining the following
described line as more particularly shown on the
accompanying map, designated Exhibit "A", Precise
Alignment No. 1, which is attached hereto and made a
pa~t hereof:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline
of First Street and North "B" Street as per map recorded
in Book 14, page 51, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California; thence, N 0° 10' 30" W along
the centerline of said North "B" Street, a distance of
777.48 feet to the true point of beginning, said true
point of beginning being the intersection of a tangent
curve, concave southeasterly and having a radius of
200 feet; thence northerly along said curve through
a central angle of 22° 19' 54", an arc distance of
77.95 feet, to the intersection of a tangent reverse
curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of
200 feet; thence, Northerly along said curve, through
a central angle of 22° 19' 54", an arc distance of
77.95 feet, to a tangent line; thence N 0° 10' 30" W
along said tangent line a distance of 21.60 feet, more
or less to the intersection of the surveyed centerline
of Fourth Street and the Southerly prolongation of the
Easterly line of theat certain parcel of land described
as Parcel I of deed recorded in Book 7166, page 666,
Official Records of Orange County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Tustin, held on the
1stt day of February, 1965.

Council of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and
foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly introduced
and read at the regular meeting of the City Council, held
on the 18th day of January, 1965, and was given its second
reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting
held on the let day of February, 1965, by the following
vote:
