RESOLUTION NO. 1205
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF PRE-ZONING
ON APPLICATION PZ-71-125 OF EDDY MEREDITH.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines:
a) That a proper application No. PZ-71-125 has beer
filed on behalf of Eddy Meredith for a pre-zone
change from the Orange County E-4 (Estates)
District to the City' of'Tustin P-C (Planned
Community-Business Park) District of the pro-
perty described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and incorporated herein by this reference as.
though set forth herein in full.
b) That a Public hearing was dul~, ,called, noticed
and held on said application;
c) That a pre-zone change should not be granted
for the following reasons:
.
1.) Subject property is not presently con-
tiguous to the City of Tustin boundaries;an
2.) The requested action, as related to sur-
rounding land uses, would not appear to be
compatible in the absence of specific plans
The Planning Commission hereby recommends to the Cit
Council denial of pre-zone change application No. PZ-71-125 from the
E-4 District to the Planned'Community (Business Park) District.
PASSED. AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission, held on the 22nd day of February, 1971.

EXHIBIT"A"
All that certain property located in the Rancho Santiago
de Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point 68.10 chains North of the Southeast
corner of the Allotment of land set apart to Teodocia Yorba
in the original partition of said Rancho by Decree of the
District Court of the Seventeenth Judicial District in and
for the County of Los Angeles, State of California, in the
year 1868; thence North 9.65 chains; thence East 10.02-1/2
chains; thence South 9.96-1/2 chains; thence West 10..02-1/2
chains to the place of beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom the North 25 feet included within
Seventeenth Street.
