HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 265 (1964) ORDINANCE NO. 265 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING ZONE OF PROPERTY OF RALPH'IS INDUSTRIES ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C. 64-139. The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows=~ Section l: The City Council finds and determines ~hat s proper application (No. Z.C. 64-139) was filed by Ralph's Industries for change of zone of the property described as: The Westerly 65.00 feet of the Easterly 270.00 feet of the Northerly 620.00 feet of the Southerly 670.00 feet of Lot A of Block "B" of the Chapman Tract, surveyed by Frank Lecouvreur 102, page 15, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California. Section ~:~ The City Council finds and determines that a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held by the Planning Commission, which recommended approval of said zone change. Section 3: The City Council finds and determines that it duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application. Section 4: The City Council finds and determines that said proposed zone change would be beneficial to the subject properties and surrounding properties and would be in harmony with the general plan of the City of Tustin, and should be granted. Section 5: The aforedescribed properties shall be, and the same hereby is, rezoned to the 100-C-1-P 20,000 zone, and the zoning map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
