HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 1195RESOLUTION NO. 1195 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING FOR PRE-ZONING ON APPLICATION PZ-70-1~23 OF TREEHAVEN ASSOCIATES. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines: (a) That a proper application (No. PZ-70-I23) has been filed on behalf of TREEHAVEN ASSOCIATES for a pre-zone change from the Orange County R-1 (Single-Family Residential District) to the City of Tustin P-C (Planned 'Con~nunity DistriCt) of the property idesCribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incor-porated herein by this reference as though set forth herein in full; (b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application; and, That a pre-zone change to the Planned Development District should be granted for the following reasons'. ~ 1. That the pre-zone request is commensurate with the use of subject property as presently developed, and would be appropriate to the surrounding area; and, 2. The property is representative of authorized developments within the Planned Development District of the City of Tustin, having been constructed subject to precise plans under a Use Permit Variance of Orange County. · The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council that the subject property be pre-zoned to the PD (Planned Development) District, effective upon annexation to the City of Tustin.
