The Planning-Commission finds and determines: 8 a) That a proper application (No. z. C. 70-221) was filed by ANDREWS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, for rezon- 9 lng of the property described in Exhibit "A" at- tached hereto from E-4 to PR and PC (R-i). 10 b) That a public hearing was duly cal. led, noticed 11 and held~on said application. 12 c) That said property should be rezoned. 15 2.
