A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING DENIAL
OF APPLICATION NO. Z. C. 70-216 OF COVINGTON
BROTHERS, ON BEHALF OF MARVIN L. AND WANDA L. ROSE.

The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin,. California
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The 'Planning Commission finds and determines:
a) That an application (No. Z. C. 70-216) was filed
by COVINGTON BROTHERS' on 'behalf of MARVIN L. and
WANDA L. BOSE, for rezoning of the property de-
scribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held on said application.
c) That said property should not be rezoned.
2. The Planning Commission recommends to the City
Council that the subject property not be rezoned.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of TUstin, California, held on..the 28th day

Beginning at a point in the center line of Williams Street, 774.16 feet
North of a point which is 20 feet South and 33 feet East of the South-
east corner of Lot '~K" of the "Stafford & Tustin Tract",-in the City of
Tustin, as shc~n on a map thereof recorded in book 2, pages 618 and 619,
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, running thence
South 89° 37 1/2'.West 918.97 feet to a point iq the West line of said
Lot "K"; thence North 0° 44 1/2' East 212.68 feet to the Northwest corner
of said Lot "K"; thence East along the North line of said Lot "K" and the
continuation thereof, 917.50 feet to a point in the center of said
Williams Street; thence South 0° 18 1/2' West 214.16 feet co the point
of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM one Easterly'33 feec thereof, heretofore reserved
for street purposes.
ALSO EXCEPTING that portion thereof lying Westerly of the following~
described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of the land described.
in said deed, with a line which is parallel with and East 22.00 feet
from .the West line of said Lot~"K"; thence North 0° 27' 02" East, 137.86
feet along said parallel line to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave
Easterly and having a radius of 190.00 feet; thence Northerly 103.95 feet
along said curve, through a central angle of 31° 20' 54" to the beginning
of a reverse curve, concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 210.00
feet; thence Northeasterly 9.33 feet along said curve, through a central
' angle of 2° 32' 40" to the Northerly line of the Southerly 31.35 feet of
Lot "I" of said Tract.
