C. 70-216 OF COVINGTON BROTHERS, ON BEHALF OF MARVIN L. AND WANDA L. ROSE. ~EHAL~.F. O__F MARVIN. _L. ANp. WANDA _L. BOSE. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin,. California does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The 'Planning Commission finds and determines: a) That an application (No. Z. C. 70-216) was filed by COVINGTON BROTHERS' on 'behalf of MARVIN L. and WANDA L. BOSE, for rezoning of the property de- scribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. c) That said property should not be rezoned. 2. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council that the subject property not be rezoned.
