P. 70-350 OF MILDRED R. BROWN AND BENJAMIN D. BROWN ON BEHALF OF RALPH'S MARKET'S, INC. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California doe~ hereby resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines: a) That a proper application U.p~ 70-350) was filed by MILDRED R. BROWN a.nd ~ENOabllN D. BROWN on behalf of RALPH' S MARKET' S, INC., for a Conditlona Use Permit to permit a retail pet store and grooming parlor on the property described in Ex- hibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. c) That the establishment, maintenance and operation! of the use applied for Will not, under the cir- cumstances of the particular case, be detrimental l to the health, safety, morals, comfort and general welfare of the persons residing or working in neighborhood of the proposed use, and it will be injurious or detrimental to the neighborhoo or the general welfare of the City. d) That the proposed use has been permitted in similar shopping centers within the city; would commensurate with other uses within this shopping center; would not be detrimental to the surround- ing area. 2. A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted as applied for, subject to the following conditions: a) The stipulated requirements of the Fire Chief to include a 10 lb.
