U. _P. 70-346 OF _SLIMMIN WOMEN SALONS. _ The Planning Commission of the City of Tus~in, California, does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines: a)~ That a public hearing has been duly advertised and held on UP-70-346'fof authority to'permit the use of a structure, located at 548 East First Street in the Larwin Square Shopping Center, as a women's slenderizing salon operated by Slimmin Women Salons, and; b) That it is in the interest of the public welfare to assure that business activities rendering services to the person rather than the dispensing of commodities shall be operated in a manner to reflect credit upon the establishment and to the benefit of the total community, t. c) ' That the proposed and existing use is compatible in ~the C-2-P District; would have no adverse on the adjoining property or tenants; and shou.~ be hereby approved, subject to conditions .state hereinafter. 2. The Planning Commission hereby grants a Conditional Use Permit, as applied for, to permit operation of a women's slen- derizing salon subject to the following conditions: a) Registration of owner and all employees with the Police Department of the City of Tustin, and; b) Employees shall be prohibited from performing any service involving physical contact with any per- son of the opposite sex. c) Approval and inspection of the premises by the Building Department prior to the addition of equipment or enlargement of physical facilities.
