A RESOLUTON OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CLIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. U.P. 69-303 OF
GERTRUDE HARRIS ON BEHALF OF BLANCHE WOLFE.

The Planning Commission of the City of Tus~n, California!,
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Planning commission finds and determines:
a) That a proper application (No. U. P. 69-303) was
filed by GERTRUDE tLARRIS on behalf of BLANC}~
WOLFE for a Conditional Use Permit to permit an
extension of time for use of non-conforming
structures on the property described in Exhibit
A attached hereto.

b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held on said application.
c) That subject property is deemed to be a potential!
hazard to the health, safety, morals, comfort
general welfare of the persons residing or workin~
in the neighborhood of the proposed use, and, cou!a
be injurious or detrimental to property and im-
provements in the neighborhood or to the general
welfare of the City, and;
d) That efforts are being made to obtain the demolitio:
of the structure, with the assistance and co-
operation of the property owner, and;
e) That the limited occupancy of the structure until
such time as the hazard is removed will provide
some degree of prOperty security from vandalism
and malicious mischief.

2. That Use Permit (UP-69-303) be hereby extended for a
period of 90 days to October 14, 1970, with Planning Commission
reserving the right to reconsider the application not later than
October 12, 1970, and if, at that time, determined to be in the bes'-
interest of the City, to extend said temporary use permit for an
additional 90 days without application or advertised public hearing
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
CommisSi'on of the city of Tustin, California, held on the 22nd day
of JUNE , 1970.
