V 70-267 OF THE SANTIAGO COMMERCIAL BANK. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, Cali- fornia, hereby resolves as follows: 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines: a) That a proper application (No. V 70- 267) was duly filed on behalf of SANTIAGO COMk4ERCIA. L BANK to permit the installation of two roof signs in addition to an existing free-standingi sign on the property located on the southeast corner of First Street and E1 Camino Real, in the City of Tustin, California. b) That a public hearing was duly called,noticed ! and held on said application. c) That because of special circumstances the sub-! j ect property would be denied privileges enjoyed by other property in the same zone and area if it did not receive a variance; the proposed variance would not be injurious or detrimental to adjacent properties or uses'. and should be granted. 2. The Planning Commission hereby grants a variance as applied for, to permit two roof signs in addition to an existingi free-standing sign on the subject premises, subject to the condi- tion that the outdoor lighting fixtures on the premises be changedI - in accordance with the Development Preview Commission's recommenda-i tions, and subject to its approval.
