APPLICATION NO,. v. 70.-266 OF-CARTER SiGN COMPANY. _ The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California 10 11 12 13 14. 15 16 17 18 19 2O 21 22 23 24 25 25 27 28 29 3O does hereby resolve as follows: i. The Pla:;;-.L':,,3 .. ,..,uission finds and determines: a) That a proper appl. ication (No. V. 70-266) was filed by CARTER SIGN COMPANY for a variance to permit a subdivision directional real estate sign 10 x 10 single face on the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto. b) That a public beaning was duly called, noticed and held on said application. c) That the adjustment applied for will not constitute a grant of special privilege inconsistent with the limitations upon other properties in the vicinity and district in which the property is situated. d) That special circumstances applicable to the sub- ject property, . including size, shape, topography, location or surroundings, because of the strict application of the zoning, ordinance, deprive sub- ject property of privileges enjoyed by other pro- perties in the vicinity and under identical zone classification. 2. A variance is hereby granted as applied for subject to the 'following conditions: a) ComplianCe with Section 2 of Ordinance 438 in- dluding approval by the City Engineer and 'posting of bond. b) Review and approval by the Development Preview Committee With specific authorization to modify the requested area of the sign and precise loc-~~ on subject property.
