RESOLUTION NO. 1142
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
ZONE CHANGE ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C. 69-200 OF
ROBERT HALL ON BEHALF OF WILDRED TAYLOR.

The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines:
a) That a proper application (No.. Z.C. 69-200)
was filed by ROBERT HALL, on behalf of WII~,mP~ED
TAYLOR, for ~ezoning of the property described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to the PC
(Planned Community) district.
b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and .held on said application.
c) That the said property should be rezoned to the
PC (Planned Con%munlty) District. ,'
2. The Planning Commission reconzmends that the s'abject '

prc2)erty be rezoned to the PC (Planned Co~-'ra'nunity) district, su2:>ject!
to tk~ specific development .plan on file in the Planning Department!,
engineering improvements specified by. the City Engineer, and
subject to the following conditions:
a) Installation of underground straet lighting
conduits and necessary street lighting;
b) Construction of sidewalk and drive approaches;
c) Planting of street trees in accordance with
the Master Street Tree Plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Co,~,]ission of the City of T~stin, California, held on the 26th
day of January, 1970.
