A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. U. P. 69-331 OF
FEDERAL SIGN AND SIGNAL CORPORATION ON BEHALF OF
ZACHARY T. PEDICINI.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, Caiifornia~
i0es hereby resolve as follows:
t. The Planning Commission finds and determines:
a)' That a proper application (No. U. P. 69-3'31) was
filed by FEDERAL SIGN AND SIGNAL CORPORATION
on behalf of ZACHARY T. PEDICINI, fcra
Conditional Use Permit to permit a total sign
area for an individual business within a
commercial complex of approximately 1600
square feet on the property described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein'by this reference.
b)That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held on said application.

c) That the establishment, maintenance or operation
of the use applied for will not, under the
circumstances of the particular case, be
detrimental to the health, safety, morals,
comfort and general welfare of the persons
residing or working in the neighborhood of the
proposed use and it will not be injurious or
detrimental to property and improvements in
the neighborhood or to the general welfare
of the City.
2. A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted, as applied
for, to permit a total sign area for an individual business within
a commercial complex of approximately 1600 square feet subject to
the approval of the Development Preview Committee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
C'ommission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 12th ' day
of JANUARY , 1970.
