C'. 69-199 OF: = ROBERT.,, , , ~_ _~LALL~_ --ON ~BE[~LF .OF, _ C~,~E S~R~EN~00~".- The Planning Con~uission of the City of Tustln, California, does hereby resolve as follows: ' 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines: a) That a proper application (No. Z.-C. 69-199) was filed by ROBERT HALL on behalf of CP~,RLES GREEN- WOOD for rezoning of property described in Exhibit A attached hereto~from the 100-C-l-P-15,000 i (Retail Commercial and Combined Parking district) to the PC (Planned COm~nunity-Com~ercia!) district. b) That a. public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. c) That said property should be rezoned. 2. The Planning CommiSsion recon%mends said rezoning as applied for, subject to the following conditions: a) Approval and recordation of a subdivision map. b) Approval of Plot, Elevation and Landscaping Plans by the Development Preview Committee. c) Compliance with the requirements of Fire Zone 2. d) Banners, bunting and flags (except City, State or Federal) shall be prohibiu~d except for a grand opening period which is defined as one'(l) month after issuance of final use and occupancy permit by the Building Department. e) Temporary promotional displays shall be limited to thirty (30) days per quarter, the area of which ~ shall not exceed one-third of total window afea. ~ f) No merchandise shall be stored or displayed outside of an ~nclosed b~lldlng. g) OUtside activities shall be prohibited except for an outside eating area. h) A 6'8" solid masonry wall shall be constructed along the south boundary. i) Approval of declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions by the City Attorney. 5 I0 ~2 ~3 15 ~6 17 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of tko Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 8th day of DECEMBER , 1969.
