The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby resolve as follows: lO ll 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 2O 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines: 26 a) That proper applications (No. U.P. 69-323, U.P. 69-324, U.P. 69-325, and U.P. 69-326) were filed by the City of TustJn on behalf of TUSTiN SCHOOL DISTRICT to permit location o£ a portable equip- ment shelter on the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said applications. c) That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the use applied for w:il:!, not, under the cir- cumstances of the particular case be detrimental to the health, safety; morals, comfort and general welfare of the persons residing or working in ~"~-~.~.~ neighborhood of the proposed use and it will n~ be inurious or detrimental to the property and improvements in the neighborhood of the genera~ welfare of the City. ,, 2.
