U.P. 69-319 OF HAROLD A. AND VIVIAN M. LINDGREN ~U_SE_ PERMIT _0~[_ APPLICATION ~O~. _U. P. 69.-319 O? ..HAROLD. A. ~AND~ VIVInN_ _M. LINDGR~N. The Planning Commission of the 'City of Tustin, California, does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines: a) That a proper application (No, U. P. 69-319) was filed by HAROLD A. and ViVI~N M. LINDGREN to p~rmit modification and enlargement of an existing 17 unit motel.on the property described on Exhibit A attached hereto. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. c) That the establishment, maintenance or' operation of the use applied for will, under the icirc~m- s~ances of the particular case, not be de to the health, safety, morals, comfort and gsnera~ welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of the proposed use and it Will not be injurious or detrimental to property and im- provements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. 2. A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted as applied for subject to the £ollowing conditions: a) Two 1/2 gallon pressurized water or 10-pound ABC dry chemical extinguishers shall be provided within 100 feet of travel from all room entrances and on bot~ floor levels in accessible and conspicuous locations. It is recommended that they ba placed in "break glass" cabinets to prevent tampering. b) A water main sys. tem be established to supply 2,000 gallons per'.minute to an approved hydrant. c) Installation of concrete sidewalk on all front- ages where missing. (Full 8 ft. width on First Street. ) d) Installation of street trees in accordance with the Master Street Tree Plan. e) Approval of overall Site, Landscaping and Sign Plans by the Development Preview Com~ittee. f) Provision of off-street parking at the rate of (1) space per unit, plus one (1) additional per employee on maximum shift.
