The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines: a. That a proper application (No. U. P. 69-317) was filed by TUSTIN SCHOOL DISTRICT to permit thel installation of a trailer as a temporary school office on the property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. b. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. c.. That the establishment, maintenance or operation of the use applied for will, under the circum- stances of the particular case, not be detrimental to the health, safety, morals, comfort and general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of the proposed use and it will not be injurious or detrimental to property and improvements in. the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. 2. A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted as applied for subject to the following conditions: a. This approval is for a six (6) month period. b. Every exit door shall be openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort. c. A 2½ gallon pressurized water type fire extinguisneZ shall be located within 100 feet of travel from the trailer. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 10th day of NOVEMBER, 1969.
