A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. U.P. 69-316
OF MACCO CORPORATION ON BEHALF OF TUSTIN SCHOOL
DISTRICT.

DISTRICT.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California,
~oes hereby resolve as f. ollowS:
1. The Planning commissiOn finds and determines:
a) That a proper application (No. 'U. P. 69-316) was
filed by M~ACCO CORPORATION on behalf of TUSTIN
SCHOOL DISTRICT to permit temporary storage of
building materials on property described in
Exhibit "A" attaChed hereto.
b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held on said application.
c) That the establishment, maintenance or operation
of the use applied for will, under the circudr,- ~
stances of the particular case, not be detrimental'
to the health, safety, morals, comfort and general
welfare of the persons residing or working in the
neightborhood of the proposed use and it will not'
be injurious or detrimental to property and
improvements in the neighborhood or the general
welfare of. the City.
2. A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted, as applied
for subject to the fOllowing conditions:
a) That no access be permitted from Carfax Avenue.
b) That the yard be surrounded by a six (6) foot
fence.
c) That'the barrier on Carfax Avenue be maintained.
d) That a wall be built parallel to Drayton Avenue
along the northerly property line of the subject
property.
e) That no part of the northerly 170 feet of the
subject property shall be. used for the uses
permitted under this permit, and;
f) No access to the portion of the subject property
approved under this permit shall be permitted on
the northerly boundary of such portion.
