V. 69-261 OF FEDERAL SIGN AND SIGNAL CORPORATIION ON BEHALF OF ZACHARY PADICINI SOLLV2 iON OF THE PL~272.[ING CO~4IS~IO~ OF ~ .~ CiTY CU' '2USTiN, CALZFORR!A, ~R~.N~_I,,~ 7~ AND SIGNAL CORPORATION ON BE]-D%LF OF ZACiLP~RY PEDiCINi. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, Ca!Ifornza, does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines: a) That a proper application (No. V. 69-261) was filed by FEDERAL SIGN AND SIGNAL CORPOraTiON cn behalf of ZACI-L~RY PEDICiNi for certain signs on property described in Exhibit A attached hereto. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. c) That the adjustment hereby authorized will not cons'titute a grant of sll~ccial privilege incon- sistent with the limitations upon other propert!es in the vicinity and district in which the subject property is situated. d) That because of special circumstances applicable to the subject property, including slze, shape, topography, location or surroundings, the s~.~· application of the zoning Ordinance will de.ri~ subject property of privileges enjoyed by othez properties in the vicinity and under identical zone classification. 2. F. Beswick School Annexation" by Ordinance No. 168, adopted February 19, 1962, said point of beginning being tke most Easterly corner of Tract No. 4251, as sho~{n on a map thereof recorded in Boo]< 152, Pages 13 and 1-4, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange Cou]%ty, California; thence, South 39° 51' 27" West, along said City boundary and along the Southeast line of said Tract No. 4251 and its South- westerly prolongation 1,169.13 feet, to the Southwester. ly line of Mitchell Avenue, 66.00 feet wide; thence, South 50° 09' 30" East, along said Southwesterly line of Mitchell Avenue, 330.45 feet, to a point on the North- westerly line of Tract No. 4830, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 174, Pages ].? and 18, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said 'Orange County, said point also being the Northerly corner of Lot 1 of said Tract No. 4830; thence, North 39° 52' 05" East, departing from' said city boundary along said Northwesterly~ line of Tract No. 4830, 33.00 feet to the Northerly corner of said Tract No. 4830 and to the centerline of Mitchell Avenue, 66.00 feet wide; thence, South 50° 09' 30" East along said centerline of Mitchell ~venue and along the Northeasterly line of said Tract No. 4830, 330.00 feet to the easterly corner of said Tract No. 4830 and to the Southerly corner of Lot 34 of Block 11 of the Irvine Subdivisicn, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 1, Page 88, Miscellaneous.
