CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIIONAL
USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. U.P. 69-314 OF
SEABOARD ENGINEERING COMPANY ON BEHALF OF GULF
OIL

SEABOARD ENGINEERING COMPAL~
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines:
a) That a proper application (No. U.P. 69-314) was
filed by SEABOARD ENGINEERING COMP;2.~/ on behalf
GULF OIL ~or a Conditional Use Permit to permit
replacement of existing signs on the property
described in Exhibit A atuached hereto.
b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held on said application. ~
c) That the establishment, maintenance ~nd omeration
of the use applied for will not,~under the cir-
14 cumstances of the particular case be detrimental
to the health, safety, morals, comfort and general
15 welfare o£ the persons residing or working in the
neighborhood of the proposed use and mt will no
16 be injurious or detrimental to the property and
improvements in the neighborhood or the general
i7 welfare of the City.
2. A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted as applied'
