U.P. 69-310 OF SEABOARD ENGINEERING COMPANY ON BEHALF OF GULF OIL ILE PLANNING CO~V~4ISSION OF TI-~ CITY OF TUSTIN, CAL~OiLNxA, G~ANTING A C©NDiT!ONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATI©N NO. U.P. 69.-3t__~0 OF OIL. The P%anning Co~ission of the City of Tustin, Califomia, does hereby resolve as follows: The ?lanning commission ~inds and determines: a) That a' proper application (No. U.P. 69-310) was filed on behalf of SEABOARD ENGINEERING COi,[PA2[Y on behalf o~ GULF OIL for a Conditional Use Permit to permit reconstruction and modernization of an existing service station on the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto. b) That a public hearing was. duly called, noticed and held on said application. c) That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the use applied for will not, under the cir- cumstances of the particular case be detrimental to the health, safety, morals, com~ort and general welfare of the persons residing or working in tb~ neighborhood of the proposed use and it will not be injurious or detrimental to the property and improvements in the neighborhood o~ the general welfare o~ the City. ~ 2. A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted as applied~: for, subject to the following conditions: a) Compliance with the Service Station Site Develop7 ment Guide. b) Approval of Plot Plan, Elevations and Landscapin%~ Plans by the Development Preview Con%mittee. c) Banners, bunting and flags (except City, State and Federal) shall be prohibited except for an initial grand opening period which is defined as one month after issuance of final use and occupancy permit by the Building Department. d) Temporary promotional displays shall be limited to thirty (30) days per quarter. e) Operations not conducted wholly within the main service station building shall be limited to dispensing and/or installation o~ gasoline, oil, water, minor parts and items and tire changing. f) No merchandise, other than oil o: gasoline producus shall be stored or displayed o~tside of the main service station building.
