1. The Planning Commission finds and determines:
a) That a proper application (No.'V.P. 69-3il) was
~iled by SMITH PR//qTERS and LITHOGRAPHERS for a
Conditional Use Permit to permit a ~ree standing
sign on the property described in Exhibit A
attached hereto

b) -That a public hearing was duly called, noticed :
and held on said application.
c) The Con,mission finds that the establis~ent, main-
tenance and operation of the use applied for will
not, under the circumstances of the particular
case be detrimental to the health, safety, morals,
comfort and general welfare of the persons residing
or working in the neighborhood of the proposed use
and it will not be injurious or .detrimontal to
property and improvements in the neighborhood or
the cjeneral welfare of the City.
d)
As additional grounds, the minutes and evidence
-introduced at the hearing are included by re~er-
ence and made a part of the motion.
2. A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted as applied
for subject to the following condition: Removal of existing pole
·
sign.
