The Planning Con~mission finds and determines: a) That a proper application (No. V. 69-250) was filed on behalf of U. S. ESCROWS, INC. on behal~ of ROBERT J. [U~LL for a variance to permit a tenant identification sign with an area of ~our (4) square feet on the property described in Exhi- bit A attached hereto. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. c) That subject property is, because of the strict application of the Ordinance, deprived o~ priviiege~ enjoyed by other properties in the vicinity and under similar circumstances. d) That the approval of the requested Variance would not constitute a grant of special privileges in- consistent with the limitations upon other pro- perties in the vicinity .and same zoning district in which the subject property is located. e) That the proposed variance would not be detrimen- tal to adjacent properties or uses and should be granted. 2. A variance as applied for is hereby granted subject to the applicant'executing an agreement satisfactory to the City Attorney prohibiting any other signs on the subject property.
