The Planning Con%n. ission does hereby resclv~ as follows: 1. The Planning Com~mission finds and determines: a) That a proper application (No. U. P. 68-302) was filed on behalf of SDlqTIAGO ASSOCIATES on behalf of LARWIN SQUARE - TUSTIN Jor a Conditicna! Use Permit to permit a temporary building for use as a banking facility with drive-through facilities. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. c) That the establis~hment, maintenance and operaticn. of the use applied for will not, under the circ~.- stances of the particular case be detrimental to the health, safety, morals, comfort and general welfare of the persons residing or working in neighborhood of the proposed use and it will be injurious or detrimental to the property and, improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. d) · That said Conditional Use Permit should be granted. 2. The Planning Commission hereby grants a CondiUiona! Use Permit as applied for subject to the following conditions: a) That the permit be limited 'Lo a period of six (6) months with the provision that extensions for six' (6) month periods may be granted by the Pla:~J~ing Commission for up to a tctal of two (2) years upon application by the appliCants for a Use Permit to extend the time limit prior to the expiration of an effective Use Permit. , b) That the ~ater line be connected between First Street and Newport Avenue. c) installation of one (I) on-site fire hydrant approximately 100 feet west of the building. d) Approval of building, landscaping and on-site traffic circulation plans by the Architectural (Development Preview) Con~mittee. , PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 11th day of AUGUST 1969 ,/ . Thence running Westerly along the Southerly line of First Street, 66 fceu wide South 89° 54'20" West, 403.86 feet; Thence South 0005'40'' East, 207.00 feet; Thence North 89o54'20'' East, parallel with said Southerly line of First Street, 230.00 feet to a point on the Northwesterly line of Newport Avenue, 60 feet wide; Thence along said Northwesterly line, North 39056'00'' East, 270.64 feet to the point of beginning.
