A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO.
U.P. 69-303 OF GERTRUDE HARRIS ON BEHALF
OF BLANCHE WOLFE.

The Planning CommiSsion of the City of Tustin, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission,finds and determines:
a)
That a proper application (No. U. P. 69-303) was
filed by Gertrude Harris on behalf of Blanche lVolfe
to permit use of non-conforming structures for sale
of antiques, used furniture and decorators items on
the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto
and incorporated herein by this reference.
b)

That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and
held on said application.

That the establishment, maintenance or operation of
the use applied for will not under the circumstances
of the particular case, be detrimental to the health,
safety, morals, comfort and general welfare of the
per so.ns residing or working .in the neighborhood of
the proposed use and it will not be injurious or det-
rimental to property and improvements in the neigh-
borhood or to the general welfare of the City.

d) That a Conditional Use Permit should be granted.
A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted for a period
of six (6) months, as applied for, to permit sale of antiques, used .furniture
and decorators items, subject to the following conditioris:

That exits be installed and maintained in accordance
with the Building Code.
f)
There will be no electricity connected or used with-
in the building.
g) That conditions be met on or before July Z0, 1969.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Conarnission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 14th day
of July , 1969.
