The Planning Coramission finds and determines: . 8 a) That a proper application (No. U. P. 69-301) was filed on behalf qf Collin's Foods International, 9 Inc., to permit use of a prior non-conforming · structure for a Chinese take-out food establish- 10 sent on the property described in Exhibit A at- tached hereto and incorporated herein by this 11 reference. 12 b) That a public hearing duly called, .noticed and held on said application. c) That the establishment, maintenance and operation 14 of 'the use applied for will not, under the cir- cumstances of the particular case, be detrimental 15 to the health, safety, morals, comfort and general welfare of the persons residing or working in '"' 16 . neighborhood of the proposed use, and it will . be injurious or detrimental to the property ant 17 improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare o~ the City. · 18 d) That a Conditional Use Permit should be granted. 19. 2.
