A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING DENIAL
ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C. 69-194 OF STEVEN SANBERG

The Planning Co~mission of the City of Tustin, California;
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Comraission finds and determines:
a) That an application (No. Z. C. 69-194) was filed
by Steven Sanberg 'on behalf of Maurice Lebanoff
for zone change of the property described in Ex-
hibit A attached hereto, from the R-1 (Single
Family Residential) District to the R-3 (~,iu!tip!e
Family Residential) District.
b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and ]]eld on said application.
c) The proposed zoning would permit a ma'ximum density
of 34 dwelling units per acre which is more than
eight times the density proposed by the Tustin
'Area General Plan.
d) The property is within the "Tustin City Area"
which will be the subject of a detailed study
Development Research Associates as part of an
economic study currently underway:
e) That said zone change should not be g.ranted.
2. The Planning Commission recommends denial of said
application.
