AN OhJIi�ANCE OF `THE CITY OF `l:'USTIN, CALIFORNIA,
CHANGING O THE 100_I -P-15,000 THE PROPERTY
OF SIEGEL AND GYEENWOOD (App, ZC. 64-135)
The City of Tustin, California., does ordain as
follows:
Section l: The City Council finds and determines
that a proper application (No. ZC 64-135) was filed by Siegel
& Greenwood for rezoning to the 100 -C -I -P-15,000 zone the
following described property:
All that certain land situated in the State of
California, County of Orange, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Allotment
No, 1 to Leonor Yorba de Rowland by decree in partition of said
rancho rendered September 12, 1868, and running thence East
along the center line of First Street 672 feet to the Southeast
corner of the land described in the deed to Lena M. Eaton,
recorded in Look 184, page 14.6, Deeds, records of said Orange
County; thence North along the East line of said land, and
parallel with the centerline of Prospect Avenue, 723 feet to
the Northeast corner of said land, said corner being the true
point of beginning of the boundary of the land described herein;
thence continuing North along; the North along the Northerly
prolongation of the east line of said land of Eaton to the
Northerly line of the 50 foot strip of land described in the.
easement deed to the County of Orange recorded January 31, 1962,
in Look 5994, Mage 368, Official Records, in the Office of
the County recorder of said Orange County; thence Westerly along
said Northerly line to its intersection with the center line of
a strip of land formerly known as Poplar Avenue (now abandoned)
said center line being the west line of the land described in
the deed to Russel H. Caldwell and wife, recorded, January 7,
1931, in Look 4.4.9-, page 173, Official Records, in the Office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence South
along said West line to the North line of the lard of Lena
M. Eaton hereinbefore mentioned; thence East along said
North line 117 feet to the true point of beginning.

Set back lines for said property are hereby established
as follows:
Set back lines of 110' from the centerline of
4th Street, 60' from the centerline of Prospect
Avenue, 30' from the south property line and
10' from the east property line.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 6th day of April, 1964.

The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:
Section 1: The City Council finds and determines that a

Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Rice

Section 4: The City Council finds and determines that rezoning
of said property to the 100 -C -1-P-15,000 zone is in the best interests
of .the subject property, adjoining properties and adjacent uses, and is
in harmony with the general.plan of the City of Tustin.
Section Said property is hereby changed to the 100-C-1-15,000,
and the zoning map is amended.accordingly.
Set back lines for said property are hereby established as
follows
Set back lines of 110 from.the centerline of
4th Street,'601 from the centerline of Prospect
Avenue; 30t from the south t= property line and
10"from the east property line.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 6th day of April ,1964.
