The Planning Commission finds and determines: a) That a proper application (No. P.Z. 69-116) .was filed on: behalf of FIRST WEST MORTGAGE for pre- zoning of the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. c) That said property should be pre-zoned. 2. The Planning Commission recommends that the subject property be pre-zoned to the R-3 1900 (Multiple Family Residential, 1,900 square feet of lo~ area per dwelling unit) District, subject to the condition of planting street trees in accordance with the plan reco~mended by the City Engineer.
