A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO.
U.P. 69-295, OF CHRIS LINDLEY

The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California,
does hereby resolve as f~llows: '
1. The Planning Commission finds and detern~ines:
a) That a proper application (No. U.P. 69-295) was
filed on behalf of CHRIS L!hqDLEY for a use permit
to permit construction and operation of an auto-
matic car-wash, on the property described in
Exhibit A, attached hereto.
b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held on said application.
c) That the establishment~ maintenance and operation
of the use applied for'will not, under the cir-
cumstances of the particular case, be detrimental
to the health, safety, morals, comfort and gencra!l
welfare of the persons residing or working in thc
neighborhood of the proposed use, and it will not
be injurious or detrimental to the property and
improvements in the neighborhood or the general
welfare of the City.
d) That said application should be granted.
Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted as applied
for, subject to the following conditions:
a) That a permit be obtained from the Fire Depart-
ment to install the bulk storage underground tanks
pumps and related pl~abing and apparatus. The
permit application shall include a plot pl~n of th~
installation in relation to other appurtenances
sketched on a legal size sheet of paper.
b) That. the specifications for the. vacu~, installa-
tion be submitted to~ the Fire Department.
c) That full sidewalk be installed along the Red Hill
frontage, to the standards of the City of Tustin.
d) That street trees be installed per the Master
street Tree Plan.
e) That architectural plans including plot plan,
elevations and deta~iled landscaping be submitted
to the Architectural Committee for review and
approval.
f) That a mechanical or landscape screen be construc'L'!~
