A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A
VARIANCE ON APPLICATIO NO. V. 69-240 OF
ALPHA BETA - ACME MARKETS, INC.

The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California
·
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission. finds and determines:
a) That a proper application (No. V. 69-240) was
filed on behalf of Alpha Beta - Acme Markets, Inc
for a variance to permit two free-standing signs
identifying a service station on the property
described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held on said application.
c) That the adjustment hereby authorized will not
constitute a grant of special,privilege incon-
sistent with the limitations upon other propertie.
in the vicinity and district in which th~ subject
property is situated.
d) That said variance should be granted.
2. That a variance is hereby granted as applied for,
subject to the fo].lowing conditions: .
a) That the sign, footing and poles be designed in
such a manner as to avoid conflict with the
proposed stOrm drain to be constructed in the
immediate area.
That final design elevations and locations be
subject to the approval of the City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City~of Tustin, California, held on the 24th day of
March, 1969
