CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICAITON NO. U.P.

The .planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California
·
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines:
a) That a proper application (No. U. P. 69-294)
was filed on behalf of Fred J. Barbour on behalf
Franargofin, for a Conditional Use Permit to
permit construction of a take-out food facility
(Colonel Sanders Roast Beef) on property describe
in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference.
That a public hearing on said application was dul
called, noticed and held.
c) That the establiskment, maintenance and operation
of the use applied for will not, under the
circumstances of the particular case be detri-
mental to the health, safety, morals; comfort
and general welfare of the persons residing or '
working in the neighborhood of. the proposed use a
it will not be injurious or detrimental to the
property and improvements in the neighborhood or
the general welfare of the City.
d) That said use should be permitted.
2. A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted as
applied for~ subject to the foll'owing conditions:
a) Installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk and street
paving to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
Installation of street 'Trees in accordance with
the Master Street Tree Plan.
c) Installation of street lights.
d) Modification of existing irrigation lines as
necessary to permit proposed construction.
e) S~bmission and approval of a parcel map to create
the parcel.
f) Approval of plans by t~e Architectural Committee.
g) That the area designated for landscaping be
significantly increased and the plans approved
by the Architectural Committee.

h) That ail areas for exterior dining be enclosed by a 30".
.high masonry wall subject to the Architectural
. _. Committee's approval.
i) That signs be erected at the southerly driveway
indicating "No LeftTurn."
j) That 'perimeter landscaping be installed, except on the
Nev~ort frontage to the satisfaction of the Architectural
Committee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Coramis-
sion of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 10th day of March, 1969
