ORDINANCE N0, 249
AN 0RDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIF0RNIA, REZONING PROPERTY TO THE
PD ZONE ON APPLICATION N0. ZC 63-131
OF A. R. BUILDERS.
The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as
follows:
1. The City Council finds and determines that
a proper application (No. 63-131) was filed by A.
Builders for rezoning to the PD Zone, the property
described as Follow's:
Parcel 1: Beginning at a point in the
centerline of Mcfadden Street 306 feet West of a point
which is 20 feet. South and 33 feet East of the South-
ease corner of Lot "K" of the Stafford and Tustin Tract,
in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in book 2, page 618 and 619
Miscellaneous tiecords of Los Angeles'County, ~alifornia,
running thence Northerly ?72.18 feet, more or less,
to the Northwest corner of the tract 5.42 acres of land
deeded to Albert E. McCarter, et ux., by deed dated
0
January 2, 1933; thence South 89 37~I/2 West 614.97,
"K"; e ~o 1 ' West along the said
West line 768.20 feet to a point in the center line of
Mcfadden Street; thence East along the center line of
Mcfadden Street, 618.95 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning.
Parcel 2: Beginning at a point 20 feet
South and 33 feet East of the Southeast .corner of Lot
"K" of the Stafford and ~ustin Tract, in the Hancho
Santiago de Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 2, pages 618 and 619, Miscellaneous
Recosds of Los Angeles County, California, said point
bein the intersection of the center lines og William
and ~cFadden Streets, running thence North 0'~ 18-1/2'
East774.16 feet to a point 33 feet ESst of the East
line of said Lot "K" thence South 89 37-1/2' West
304 feet to a point; thence Southerly 772.18 more or less,
to a point in the center line of Mcfadden Street which
East along the center line of ~ d Street, 306 feet to
the point of beginning.
EXCEPT: Beginning at the intersection of
the center lines of Mcfadden Avenue and Willdams Street;
running thence north along the center line of Willdams
Street for a distance of 200 feet, thence west parallel
to the center line of Mcfadden Avenue for a distance
of 193 feet, thence south parallel to the centerline
of Willdams Street to the centerline of Mcfadden Avenue,
thence east along said center line to the point of
beginning.
Excepting therefrom the right of way for
willdams Street and t~lcFadden Avenue.
2. The Planning Commission regularly
called, noticed. and held a public hearing on said
application, and recommended that said property be

3. The City Council regularly called, noticed and
held a public hearing on said application.
l~. The City Council .finds and determines that it is
in the best interests of the subject property, surrounding
property, adjacent uses and the general plan of the City
of Tustin, that said property be, and the same hereby is,
changed to the PD-3,500 Zone, and the Zoning M.ap of the
City of Tustin is hereby amended accordingly.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting
