CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT ON APPLICAITON NO. U.P. 69-289 OF

- The Planning Co."unission of the City of Tustin, Calif
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines:
a) That a proper application (No. U. P. 69-289) was
filed on behalf of Eugene F. and Rita C. Tutt to
permit a service station and restaurant on the
property described in Exhibit A attached hereto
and incorporated herein by this reference.

b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held on said application.
·
C) That the establishme.nt, maintenance and operation
of the use applied for will not, under the cir-
cumstances of the particular case be detrimental.
to the health, safety, morals, comfort and genera
welfare of the persons residing or working in the
neighborhood of the proposed use and. it will not
be injurious or detrimental to the property and.
improvements in the neighborhood or the general
welfare of the City.
d) That said application should be granted.
2. A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted, as applie
for, to permit a service station and restaurant subject to_the
follOwing conditions:
a) That the restaurant meet the requirements of Titl.
19, Public Safety (California Administrative Code
b) Approval of-plans by the Architectural'committee.
c) Construction of full street improvements, where
missing, including curb and gutter, sidewalk,
paving, and drive approaches.
d) Installation. of street lights.
e) tnstallati'on :of street trees per the ~aster Stree
Tree Plan.
f) Completion of requirements for PH-69-16 to create
the parcel covered by the Use Penn it.
g) Rental..of trailers or other equipment, and the
storage of same on the site shall be prohibited.

h) No merchandise, such as tires and other accessorJi~s,
shall be stored or displayed outside of the serv~ e
station building. [.
i) Banners, pennants, flags (other th.-~n State, Fed-
eral, or City), sandwich board signs and other
such display materials shall be prohibited.
j) The parking of trUcks other than those necessari_
involved in the station's operations on' the site
other than for minor servicing shall be prohibite
k) No vending machines shall be stored or maintained
outside of the building.
1) Major overhaul Of .engines shall be prOhibited.
