The Planning Commission finds and determines: a) That a proper application (No. U.P. 69-287) was filed On behalf of Western Franchise Development Corporation for %,~ale Electronics for a use permi to allow a-take-out food establishment in the C-1 .. The Planning Commission hereby grants a Conditional Use Permit to permit a take-out food establishment in the C-1 (Retail Commercial) zone..subject to the following conditions: a) That street rightvo'f-way be granted in accordance with the Master Plan of Arterial Highways. b) That asphaltic concrete pavement, curb, sidewalk and street trees be installed. c) That street lights be installed. .- d) That plans be submitted to the Architectural Committee for review.'
