The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines: a)- That a proper application (No. V. 69-229) was filed on behalf of Donald P. Peterson for a variance to permit certain signs on the property described in Exhibit A. attached hereto and incor- porated herein by this reference. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed ~nd held on said application.
