A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
DENIAL OF APPLICATION NO. P. Z. 68-113 OF
RINKER.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
The Planning Commission finds and determines:
a) That an ~pp~ication (No. P. ~ 68-113) Was filed
on behalf of Rinker for prezoning to the PC
"~ ~Planned Community) zone o£ the Propert~ described
" in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorp6rated
·
herein, by this reference.

b) That a' public hearing wa~' duly calTed, noticed
.and held on 'said application.
c) That the proposed use conflicts with the Tustin
.Area General Plan which designates the subject
area as Medium Density Residential (4 dwelling
~Bits per acre).
d) That need for additional commercial zoning and
'modification of the General Plan has not been
shown.
e) That within one-half mile of the subject property
there are three existing shopping centers
including the Proposed uses.
f) That the minutes and evidence introduced at the
hearing are included by reference as additional
grounds.
g) That the proposed pre-zoning should be recommended
for denial.
2. The Planning Commission.recommends that said application
for Pre-zoning be denied.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, hel~ on the 27th day of January,
