RESOLUTION NO. 1028 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. UP-68-275 OF JUS STEAK, INC. The Planning Con%mission of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby resolve as follows: - 1) The Planning commission finds and determines that: a) A proper application (No. UP-68-275) was filed to permit live entertainment, including musicians and singers in conjunction with a restaurant and · bar-on property described in Exhibit A, attached heret© and incorporated herein by this reference. b) A public hearing was duly .called, noticed and held on said application. c) The establishment, maintenance and operation of the use applied for will not, under the circum- stances of the particular case, be detrimental to the health, safety, morals, comfort and general welfare of the persons"re~iding or working in the neighborhood of the proposed use, 'and will not be injurious or detrimental to property and improve- ments in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City of Tustin. d) The use'permit applied for should be granted. 2) -A conditional Use'permit is hereby, granted to permit live entertainment, including musicians and singers, in conjunction with a restaurant and bar, on the subject property, subject to the following conditions: a) Throw bolts be removed from all doors; b) Install approved type panic hardware; c) Internal exit lighting shall be-installed above front and rear do6rs; d) Fire extinguishers shall be installed and serviced as outlined in Titl~ 19, Subsection 3, California Administrative Code. · e) Occupant load signs shall be posted, allowing fifteen square feet per person for drinking and dining, and seven square feet per person for dancing areas. f) All drapes,-curtains and other decorations, in- . cluding Christmas trees, shall be of fire resistant materials or treated with a flame retardant approved by the State Fire Marshal's office. g) Ail openings into corridor to rear exit shall be protected by approved 1-3/4" solid bonded wood core type doors, or doors of equivalent value.
