UP 68-274 OF HARLAN CROSS CI. D[ISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRA_k~ING A CONDITIObL~L USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. UP. 68-274 OF HARLAN CROSS The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby resolve as follows: 1) The Planning Commission finds and determines that: a) A proper application (No. UP 68-274) was filed on behalf of Harlan Cross, to permit a drive-in restaurant on property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. A public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. The establishment, maintenance and operation .of the use applied for will not, under the circumstances of the particular case, be detrimental to the .heglth, safety, morals, comfort and general.welfare of' the persons residing, or working in the nez~hDor=ood of the proposed use, and will not be injurious or det-rimental to property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of'the City of Tustin. d) That the use permit applied for should be granted.' 2) A use permit is hereby granted to permit a drive-in restaurant the subject property, subject to construction by property o~er of full street improvements on First Street, including installation of street trees pursuant to ~he Master Street Tree Plan.
