BUTLER 'The planning Ccrmmission of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Co~nission finds and determines: a) That a proper application (UP-68-273), was. filed on behalf of G. D. Butler to permit live entertainment on the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. That said use would not be detrimental to the health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighbor- hood, and will not be detrimental to property and .improvements in the neighborhood' or general welfare of the City, and should be granted. 2.' The Planning Com~nis~ion hereby grants a Conditional Use Permit 'as applied for, to permit live entertainment on the subject property. Wear et al by deed recorded July 7, 1969 in Book · 4788 Page 460 of Official Records thence south 0o12'21" east along the westerly line of said land being also the centerline of Holt Avenue 171.22 feet; thence North 89© 53'09" East parallel with the northerly line of said land of Wear 40.00 ft. to a point in the easterly si~e line of said Holt Avenue, said point being %he true point Of begin- ning thence continuing along said parallel line North 89© 53'09" East 188.36 ft. thence South 0'12'12'21" East paral- lel with said centerline of Holt Line 60.00 feet; thence South 69o53'09'' West parallel with said northerly line of Wear 188.36 feet to a point in the Easterly sideline of said Holt Avenue; thence North 0o12'21'' West along said side line 60.00 feet to the point of Beginning.
