0RDINANCE NO. 246
AN 0RDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
REZONING PROPERTY OF A. R. BUILDERS ON APPLI-
CATION ZC 63-131.
The City Council of the City of Tustin,
California, does ordain as follows:
Section 1: The City Council finds and
determines that:
A. A proper application (No. ZC 63-131) was
filed by A. R. Builders for rezQning of the property described
as:
PA~CEL 1: Beginning at a point in the center
line of McFadden Street 306 feet West of a
point which is 20 feet South and 33 feet East
of the Southeast corner of Lot '~A'' of the
Stafford and Tustin Tract, in the Rancho
Santiago de Santa Ana, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 2, Page 618, and 619,
Miscellaneous ~ecords of Los Angeles County,
California, running thence Northerly 772.18
feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner
of the Tract 5.42 acres of land deeded to
Albert E. McCarter, et ux., by d~ed dated
January 2, 1933; thence South 89 37-1/2 'West
line of said Lot "K"; e c t. - 2
West along the said West line 768.20 feet
to a point in the centerline of McFadden
Street; thence East along the centerline of
McFadden Street, 618.85 feet, more or less,
to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point 20 feet South
and 33 feet East of the Southeast corner of
Lot "K" of the Stafford and Tustin Tract,
fin the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in Book 2, pages 618
a.nd 619, Miscellaneous Records of LosA~geles
County, California, said point being the
intersection of the center lines of William 0
-and McFadden Streets; running thence North 0
East of ~he East line of said E thence
South 89 37-1/2' West 304 feet to a point;
thence Southerly 772.18, more or less, to
a point in the center*line of McFadden Street
which is 306 feet Westerly from the point of
beginning.
B. The Planning Commission duly called, noticed
and held a public hearing on said application,
and made no recommendation on said application.
C. The City Council duly called, noticed and held
a public hearing on said application on November
1963.
Section 2: The City Council finds and determines
that change of zone to the C-1 of the property
described as follows:
Certain property located at the northwest
corner of McFadden Avenue and Willjams
Street, in the City of Tustin, California.
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of
McFadden Avenue and Willjams Street; running thence
north along the center line of Willjams Street for a
distance of 200 feet, thence west parallel to the
center line of AvAcFadden Avenue for a distance of 193
feet, thence south parallel to the center line of
Williams Street to the centerline of McFadden Avenue,
thence east along said center line to the point of
beginning. Excepting therefrom the right of way
for Williams Street and McFadden Avenue.
will be in the best interests of the subject property,
adjacent properties and adjoining uses and will be
in harmony with the general plan of the City of
Tustin.
paragraph 2 hereof is hereby changed to the C-1 zone
and th~oning map of the City of Tustin is hereby
