V_. 68:~.~-~ ~_~ COLLINS The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, Call- fornia, does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Co~mission finds and determines: a) That a proper application (No. V. 68- 220) was filed on behalf of COLLINS for a variance to permit encroackment of a proposed addition to an existing single-family dwelling to within fourteen (14) feet of the rear property line on the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference 'b) .That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held.on said application. c) That said variance should be permitted, by reason of hardships peculiar to the subject property by reason of special conditions exist- ing upon said property. d) That the variance woUld not be detrimental to adjoining properties or uses~ and would not be a grant of special privilege. 2.
