A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING
A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. V 678-220 OF COLLINS

OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN., CALIFORNIA,_ GRANTING

The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, Call-
fornia, does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Co~mission finds and determines:
a)
That a proper application (No. V. 68- 220)
was filed on behalf of COLLINS for a variance
to permit encroackment of a proposed addition
to an existing single-family dwelling to within
fourteen (14) feet of the rear property line
on the property described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and made a part hereof by this reference
'b) .That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held.on said application.
c) That said variance should be permitted, by
reason of hardships peculiar to the subject
property by reason of special conditions exist-
ing upon said property.
d)
That the variance woUld not be detrimental to
adjoining properties or uses~ and would not be
a grant of special privilege.
2. The Planning Commission hereby grants a variance
applied for.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Plannin
Commission held on. the 14th day of October, 1968

Beginning at the Southerly tenuinus of that certain course in the boundary
line of said Parcel 4 designated "North 0~ Ol' 00" West 71.00 feet"$ thence
South 66' 57' 07" East 50.00 feet; thence South 40~ 22' 00" East 116.46 feet
to a point in the Easterly boundary line of said Parcel i, said point being
North 5~ 29' 45" East 19.00 feet from the most Southeasterly corner of said
Parcel 4; thence along the boundary line of said Parcel i the following courses:

a map recorded in Book 102, page 15 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center!ine of Santa Clara Avenue~ 50.00 feet wide,
said point being North 89~ 5~' ~0" We~t 248.15 feet from the point of intersection
of said centerline with the centerline of Prospect Avenue, 50.00 feet wide as said point
of intersection is shown on a map f~led in Book 77, page 42 of Record of Surveys, on
file in the ofl'ice of the County Recorder of Orange County, California; thence South
0" Ol' 00" East 177.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly
having a radius of 90.00 feet; thence Southerly along said curve through a central
angle of 25~ ~5' 25" an arc distance of 57.05 feet to the beginning of a tangent
