A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING REZONING
ON APLICATION NO. Z.C. 68-181 OF HALL.

The Planning Commission of t}%e City of Tustin, Cali-
fornia, does hereby resolve as follows:
1) %%e Planning Commission finds and determines:
a) That a proper application (No. Z.C. 68-181) was
filed on beh~,l~ of HALL for rezoning from C-.1
(Retail Commercial) to'. R-3 (1500) (Multiple
Family Residential, 1500 square feet of lot area
per dwelling unit), of the property described in
Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herei
by this reference.
b) That a public hearing was duly called,
and held on said application.

c) That said rezoning Shou].d be recommended to the
City Council.
2) The Pl~.,nning Co:nnzission recommends that the subject
property be rezoned from the C-,]. (Retail CommerciaI) Zone to the

area, per dwel].ing unit), Zone, subject to the following conditions:
a) Owner to grant street easements and construct
street improvements to provide adequate access
to the property to the approval of the City
Engineer;
