U.P. 68-270 OF LEUNIS 6BL--J~-0--0$v ~E~i'©_~S The Planning Co~.~mission of the City of Tus.tin, C'ali- fornia, does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines: a) That a proper application (U.P. 68-270) was filed on behalf of LEUNIS, to permit the expan- sion of the existing Post Office building on the property described-in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof and incorporated' herein by this reference. b) That a hearing was duly called, held on said application. noticed and c) That the establishment, maintenance and opera- tion of the use applied'for will not, under the circumstances, be detrimental to the health, safety, morals or general welfare of the persons residing in the neighborhood of the proposed use and will not be injurious or detrimental to the property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City, and should be granted. 2. The Planning Co~mission hereby grants a use permit to permit expansion of the existing Post Office building on the sub.. ject property, subject to the following conditions: a) Property owner shall grant additional street right-of-way for First Street, in accordance with the Master Plan of Highways, and close any i unused driveway openings on First Street; b) Applicant shall construct full street improvemen's where missing, on First Street; c) parcel map shall be submitted by applicant for approval of the City, to create the subject parc d) The Southerly line of the Post Office employee parking lot parcel shall be moved to the south, approximately nine feet (9') to avoid the creation of an u~useable 9' x 174' parcel, subject to FirSt Western Bank & Trust Company having the ownershi? of the parcel and subject to adjustment on the parcel map which is to be submitted. , e) The existing irrigation facilities on First Street shall be relocated, as necessary, to facilitste the street and building construction. · PASSE~ AND ~%DOPTED at a regular meeting of the 1 4 6 ?
