A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFIORNIA, RECOMMENDING PREZON-
ING ON APPLICATION NO. P.Z. 68-110 OF RINKER
4 The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, Cali-
.5 fornia, does hereby resolve as follows:

1) The Planning Com~:aission finds and determines:

a) That a proper apPlication (N0. P.Z. 68-110) was
filed on behalf of R!NK."~I for prezoning of the

and incorporated herein by this reference.
b) That a public h. earing was duly ca!led~ noticed
