All streets within the Tract are to be developed as, ancl , to remain, private streets· 2. Provicle wate'r system and p.ublic sev;er~ to serve all 'lots · together wi~h any necessary .off-site sewer to connect to existing Sanitation DJ. strict or City of Tustin sewers. 3. Provide adequate street l'ighting on both Main Street and interior tract streets and a~inex to Tustin Llgnn..ng Discw~ct. 4. All public improvema'nts, sewers, drainage facilities and appurtenances shall be constructed to City stand, ards ?.nd approved by the City Engineer· 5. Ail public utilities shall be installed und. erground in. conformance with acceptecl standards of utility companies· , 6. Street name signs and street trees shall be provided in o accordnnce with City ordJ. nances on Main Street and on interior tract 'i street~. 7. Provid~ the necessary easements for the construction and m~.lng~_.nan~e oJ_ sewers, water line, street lighting and other public facilities. 8.
