A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CLIFORNIA, GRANT-
ING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICA-
TION OF U.P. 68-265 OF WARNER.

The Planning Com.r'aission of the City of Tustin, California,
does resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines:
A. That a proper application (No. U. P. 68-265) was
filed on behalf of WARNER to perm]it relocation of an existing
pole sign into the requiz,'ed setback area on the property
described in Exhibit A attached, hereto and incorporated here-
in by .this reference.
B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and
held on said application.
C. ~hat' the establishment, maintens~nce, and operation
·
of the' use applied, for will not under the circumstances of
the particular be_detrimental to the health, safety, morals,
comfort and general welfare of the persons residing or work-'
ing in the neighborhood of the proposed use and.-it will not
·
be injurious or 'detrimental to the property 'and iraprovemen[s
in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the Cit,.y.
D. Said sign will not substEntially reduce sight
distance for motor vehicles.

E. A Conditional Use Permit as applied for should be
granted.
2. A Conditional Use Permit, as applied for, is hereby
grant.ed.
