The Planning Com.r'aission of the City of Tustin, California, does resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines: A. That a proper application (No. U. P. 68-265) was filed on behalf of WARNER to perm]it relocation of an existing pole sign into the requiz,'ed setback area on the property described in Exhibit A attached, hereto and incorporated here- in by .this reference. B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application.
