A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING AGAINST
PREZONING ON APPLICATION NO. P.Z. 68-108 ON
BEHALF OF NISSON.

The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California
does resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines as
follows:
a) That prezoning proCeeding-s (Z.C. 68-108) were
duly initiated by the Planning Commission for
prezoning of' the property described in. Exhibit A
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference. ,
b) ' That a public hearing was ~uly called, noticed, an
.held on said application.
c) That said property should not be prezoned.
2. The Planning Commission recommends that said property
not be prezoned.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 27th day
of May 1968
