The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California does resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: a) That prezoning proCeeding-s (Z.C. 68-108) were duly initiated by the Planning Commission for prezoning of' the property described in. Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. , b) ' That a public hearing was ~uly called, noticed, an .held on said application. c) That said property should not be prezoned. 2. The Planning Commission recommends that said property not be prezoned.
