APPLICATION NO. Z. C. 68-177 OF STUTSMAN
The Planning C~m~ission of the City of Tustin, California,
resolves as followers: o
1. The Planning Commission finds and detezvaines as follows:
A. A proper application (No. Z. C. 68-177) was filed
on behalf of STUTSMAN for zone change from the U (unclassified)
to the R-3-1750 (multiple residential, 1750 square feet of
lot area per living unit), zone of the property described in
Exhibit A attached ~ereto and incorporated herein~ by this
reference o
B. A public hearing was duly called, noticed, and
held on said application.
C. Said zone 6hange should be approved.
2o The Planning Cormnission recommends approval of said appli-
cation for rezoningo
